He is survived by: his father Richard "Dick" Vance; his nieces and nephews, Caity Palmer (Cici), Brianna O'Hara (Brandt), Garrett Sinclair and Jordan Sinclair; his aunts and uncles, Robert Vance (Mary Jane), Roy Vance (Linda), Ross Vance, Roland Vance (Lori), Jane Braley (Kevin), Russell Vance (Debbie), Sharon Daniell (Gary), Charles Kirker (Coral) and Susan Kirker; and his caregivers, Chantelle, Kirby Blackurn, Sue Therrien, Dottie and Marlisa Cheney.
