He is survived by: his fiancée Penny Flynn; his siblings, Virgil (Linda Starr), Jack Starr Jr. (Dianne) and Betty Griggs; his sisters-in-law, Pamela Starr and Jennifer Gaffney; his grandchildren, Cally Sanville, Riley Sanville, Preston Baraw, Caydence Sanville, Morgan Sanville, Abigail Baraw, Aubrey Baraw, Kaitlyn Sanville, Natalie Sanville, Savanna Labor, Randi Labor and Sadie Labor; and his fiancée's son Joshua Sanville (Jenna). He is also survived by Many Nieces, Nephews, and great Nieces and Nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the American Legion Post 28 (254 Dominion Ave, North Troy, VT 05859).
