He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. Cook and Ruth J. Cook (Harder). He is survived by: his wife Jeanne of Montpelier, VT; his daughters, Jennifer of Boston, MA and Krista (Donal Myles) of Edinburgh; his grandchildren, Conor and Eleanor; his brother Robert; and his sister-in-law Laurell Cook of Lakeville, MA.
