He was predeceased by: his parents, Freeman Hall and Esther Hall (White); his stepfather Wendell Lefevere; and his stepbrother Douglas Lefevere. He is survived by: his wife Amy; his former wife Mary; his children, David (Laura), Michael (Jamie) and Genevieve; his grandchildren, Xzavier, Hailey, Renzo and Geo; his siblings, Jim (Nancy), Richard (Jayne), Bonnie (Mike) and Kathy; and his stepsiblings, Mike, Johann, Ralph, Mark, Jeff and Brian. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
