The family announces the passing of Sara C. Nevin of Northfield, Vermont on August 24, 2026. Sara, born on March 1, 1938, was part of many shared moments and relationships throughout life. She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Conlon and Faith Conlon; and her siblings, Brian Conlon and Melinda Hoffman. She is survived by: her sons, David (Stephanie), Peter (Katie), Joel, Jacob (Laura) and Josef; and her sisters, Mary, Rebecca and Deborah. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 5:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Kingston Funeral Home (35 Slate Ave, Northfield, VT 05663). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church (206 Vine St, Northfield, VT 05663). A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Mount Hope Cemetery (24 VT-12, Northfield, VT 05663).
