He is survived by: his mother Trista Pelland; his stepfather Chad Frederick of Vermont; his siblings, Laci and Connor; his father Brian Webster; his stepmother Chelsea of Georgia; his grandparents, Mary, Joe Shaw of Vermont, Rick Pelland Sr. of Rhode Island, Alan, Deidre Hayes of South Carolina, John and Karrie Rogers of Indiana; his uncles, Ricky Pelland, Patrick Sullivan and Sean Sullivan; his aunt Valerie Sullivan; and also, Anna, Edward and Ethan. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking that you make a donation to the Motorcycle Safely Foundation or to the Vermont Fish & Wild Life Department.
