He is survived by: his stepmother Charleen Cole; his sister Christine Billings (Craig); his niece Renee Hesse (Bob); his nieces and nephews, Lynnette Audy and Ariel Billings (Peter Baker); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ryleigh and Everett; his daughter Ginger Hinkley (Jason); his grandchildren, Jack, Kord and Desiree Sweet; his great grandchild Daxton; his caregivers, Candy and Ray Counter; his aunts and uncles, BettyAnn Harrison, Jean Glidden (David), Ruth Lawson, Becky Wilson, Roger Garrow (Diana), Bob Garrow, Rita Beardmore, Russ Garrow (Joan) and Cindy Garrow-Girouard (Jay, family: Tina McAndrews, Darica Hains); Cameron. He is also survived by many cousins.
