He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon and Madeline (Cassavoy); his wife Betty Maddock; his son Dayton; and his siblings, Norman and Nancy Perry.
He is survived by: his daughters, Paula McAnall (Denny), Tammy Clark (Bobby) and Emily McCoy (Kelly); his sister Dianna Myrick (Darrell); and his sister-in-law Judy. He is also survived by six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren.
