Steven R. Lawless Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven R. Lawless of Poultney, Vermont, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on May 19, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth; his parents, James Lawless and Caroline Lawless; and his sister Carol Jenson. He is survived by: his son James Lawless; his son-in-law Jeff McMorris; his grandchildren, Christopher, Cody, Corey and Kaydence; his daughter Christina Lawless; his grandson Jayden; his brother James Lawless; and his daughter-in-law Judith.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Poultney Cemetery. A reception will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the J. Claire Carmody American Legion Post 39 (689 Granville St, Poultney, VT 05764).
