Donald Patrick Russell Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on February 20, 2026, at the age of 90, Donald Patrick Russell of Proctor, Vermont passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald P. Russell and Mary Russell (Kramarz); his wife Phyllis; his son Jeff; and his sister Karol Browne.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Russell (Mary Jane) of Vermont, Karen Russell Carroll (Rich) of Vernon, VT and John Russell (Linda) of Huntington Beach, CA.; his grandchildren, Kevin Russell (Gabby), Matthew Carroll, Alyse Banales (Nicolas), Jennifer McAllister (Cody) and Thomas Carroll (Lena Carr); and his great grandchildren, Tommy McAllister and Juliette Banales. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews.
