He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil T. Allen Sr. and Lila Lee Smith. He is survived by: his wife Janet Allen (Cimmino); his children, Neil Allen (Danielle) and Melissa Seaver (Lucas); his grandchildren, Trenton, Jacob, Olivia, Tyson, Aidan and Wyatt; his sisters, Connie Hildreth (Jay) and Patricia Robbins (Steve); his stepchildren, David Garganese (Lindsay), Jessica Taylor, Sarah Garganese, Rebecca Garganese (Marco) and Daniel Garganese; Joe Cimmino, Carol Amato (John) and Linda Toshces Preceding (Mark). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
