In the vast expanse of eternity, Alfred shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Alfred farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Jarvis and Blanche Jarvis (Carpenter). He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Jarvis of Randolph, VT; and his children, Stewart Jarvis (Dara) of Colchester, VT, Gary Jarvis (Cindy) of Braintree, VT, Delbert Jarvis (Claudette) of Jericho, VT, Sandra Jarvis of St. George, VT, Lisa Hodgkins (Jonathan) of St. George, VT and Linda Read (Mike) of Manchester, VT. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Day Funeral Home (4 Franklin St, Randolph, VT 05060). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Angels Roman Catholic Church (43 Hebard Hill Rd, Randolph, VT 05060).
