She was predeceased by: her parents, Maxine King and Newell King; her son Robert; and her husband Karl Brown. She is survived by: her daughter Nancy MacDowell (Laird) of Jeffersonville, VT; her daughter-in-law Cathy Brown of Durham, NH; and her brothers, Buzz and Duane. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 1 great, great-granddaughter.
