He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia Blanchard (Robert) of Amarillo, TX, Karen Sleeper (Brent) of Barre, VT, Sally Selcke (Scott) of Woodstock, IL and Steven Chase (Jane) of Bethel, VT; his aunt Judie McGary of Cody, WY; his stepmother Mary Etta Chase; his nieces and nephews, Dillon, Cody Sleeper, Jessie, Henry Chase, Christopher Rader, Stephanie Harris, Allison Rosenbach, Caitlin Schmitt and Erin Rader; and his cousins, Suzanne Palmer, Sean McGary, Anna Blackburn and Jonathan Martin.
