He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Cook and Lily Cook; his wife Ann Lumbra; his sisters, RaeMarie Cook and Robin Reed; his father-in-law Joe (Libby Lumbra); his sisters-in-law, Barb and Lisa Lumbra; his nephew Jamie Paul Lumbra; and his pet Lola.
He is survived by: his children, Justin and Daisy Lumbra; his granddaughters, Serenity Taylor and Patience Lumbra; his siblings, Mike Cook (Lauren), Lonnie Cook and Patsy Adams; and his siblings-in-law, Junior, Jeff Lumbra (Sam), Joanne Litchfield and Janet Taylor (JT). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
