He is survived by : his wife Rhoda Caswell; his children, Lorelei Svoboda (Brian) of Hollis, NH, Peter (Moira) of Guilford, CT and Lisa (Jon Andrews) of Middlebury, VT.; his grandchildren, Anika, Paedar, Alena, Stella, Maeve, Benjamin, Mairead, Eva and Muiriel; and his siblings, Marylou Smith of East Dover, VT and Glenn Rader of Jupiter, FL.

The military honors will be held on Tuesday, May 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Vermont Veterans Memorial Cemetery (487 Furnace Rd, Randolph Center, VT 05061).

In lieu of flowers, donations in Bill's honor can be made to Habitat for Humanity of Addison County (AddisonHabitat.org) or the Vermont Veterans Fund (email: [email protected]).
