He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Richard Heavner, Jr. and Patricia Heavner. He is survived by: his sisters, Christine Heavner (Tom Gibson) of Essex Junction, VT and Vicki Cody (Richard) of McLean, VA. He is also survived by 3 nieces, 2 nephews, and 13 great nieces and nephews.
