She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Mary Wheatley (Markolf) and Ernest Wheatley; her husband Dr. Heath K. Riggs; her daughter Linda Riggs Abbott; her brother Donald Wheatley (Carol); her son-in-law David Abbott (Linda) of Montpelier; her granddaughter-in-law Sarah; her son-in-law David Murphy; her grandchildren-in-law, Luke, Grace, Bruce and Melanie Riggs; her cousin Becky Reynolds of Lyndonville, VT; her children, Bruce, Kent, Prem Dhotre of Nepal and Cecil Caruth of Tobago; and also, Aaron, Chelsea Riggs, Isla, Kit, Marcail, Drew Rodgers, Eirnin, Kent, Helen Riggs, Ryan Riggs, Evan Riggs, Heidi Smith, Sage, Jameson, Alicia, Jordan Goodwin and Cooper. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
