He was predeceased by: his great-grandparent David Holcomb. He is survived by: his parents, Jordan Soutiere and Jason Shepard; his sister Emelia Shepard; his grandparents, Rick and Aide Shepard; and his great-grandparents, Ken, Ann Soutiere, Paulette, Mark Noyes, Betsy Holcomb and Ivy Shepard. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and other family members.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made in Levi's name to the Raymond A. Wood Foundation (https://www.rawoodfoundation.org), or the University of Vermont Children's Hospital (https://give.uvmhealth.org), in his honor.
