He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry C. Moultroup and Charlotte Moultroup (Tomlinson); and his brother Bruce. He is survived by: his wife Dawna Moultroup; his children, Johanna Dunbar (Keith) of Richmond, Julie Minihan (Matthew) of Rindge, NH and Jonathan Moultroup (Brittany) of Tilton, NH.; his brothers, David (Bonny) of Richmond, Mark (Alice) of Richmond and Jeffrey (Debbie) of Richmond; his grandchildren, Brianna Minihan, Elena Dunbar, Cameron Minihan, Andrew Dunbar, Jacob Minihan, Sean Minihan, Nathanael Dunbar, John Moultroup and Chloe Moultroup; and his caregiver Judy Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Jericho Congregational Church (3 Jericho Center Cir, Jericho, VT 05465). A reception was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
