He was predeceased by: his parents, Sydney Banfield and Irma Banfield; and his siblings, George Banfield and Constance Ann Salvas. He is survived by: his wife Althea Banfield; and his children, Kevin Banfield (Nancy), Shari Banfield (Wayne), Lisa Banfield Hoffmann (Steve) and Syd Banfield (Kathy). He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and five great children.
