She was predeceased by: her husband William "Ed" Lewis; her daughter Ruth; and her parents, Frank Darfler and Evelyn Darfler. She is survived by: her sister Joyce Wilbourn; and her children, Cindy Hosley (David), Frank Lewis (Tammy), George Lewis (Kelli) and Jimmy Joe Lewis (Kelly).
