Arnold Williams Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arnold Williams (Rutland, Vermont), born in Londonderry, Vermont, who passed away on April 3, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Cressy I. Williams and Jessie Williams (Rand); his son Steven E. Williams (Ronald J. Williams); his siblings, Charles Williams, Albert Williams, David Williams, Ralph Williams, Roger Williams and Marie Hart (Elise Harrington); and his brother-in-law Harold Shattuck.

He is survived by : his close friend Helen Willis of Rutland, VT; his children, Michael Williams (Karen) of Milford, DE and Deborah Sadowski (Brian Milo) of Rutland, VT; his sister Arlene Shattuck of Granville, NY; his grandchildren, Jeanette Swahn (Josh) of Lee, ME, Amanda Sadowski (Matt Candon) of Pittsford, VT, Ashley Williams (Jesse Foor) of Magnolia, DE, Leslie Pruitt (Justin) of Felton, DE and Timothy Sadowski (Tonya Noble) of Salisbury, VT; his great grandchildren, Brian Donahue, Hunter Swahn, Lyndsie Swahn, Brooklynn Hill, Blake Sadowski, Reigann Hill, Michael Gabrial, Brylee Sadowski and Kaleb Condon; and his siblings-in-law, Millie Williams of Bellows Falls, VT, Mary Williams of Andover, VT, Jane Williams of Londonderry, VT, Donald Hart of Weston, VT and Keith Harrington of Ticonderoga, NY. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Grace Congregational Church (8 Court St, Rutland, VT 05701).
