He was predeceased by: his sister Kristen; his cousin Eddie; and his niece Jessica Ebbighausen. He is survived by: his parents, Cynthia Dan and Robert Parker Sr. Dan; his children, Christopher (Anisa), Daniel Jr., Dakota (Audrianna), Dawson (Arielle), Dominick and Anabella; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Robby, Leonidas, Anakin and Rhys; and his siblings, Jeff, Bobby, Dave, Chris, Mike, Lisa and Nancy.
