He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Accavallo and Florence Accavallo (LaCrosse); his wife Arlene; and his sister Carol Ann Wood. He is survived by: his pets, Chetty, Bixby, Bronson and Bobby; his son Donald "Jeff" Accavallo (Chrissi); his granddaughter Brittney Accavallo (Brian Bettencourt); his great grandchildren, Sunny Arlene Bettencourt and Leo Jay Bettencourt; his brother Lee Accavallo (Patty); his brother-in-law Ron Wood Sr.; his nephews, Ron Wood, Brian Wood and Rex Accavallo; his niece Montana Accavallo; Tracy Cahill.
