A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Christ the King Church (66 S Main St, Rutland, VT 05701). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Franklin Conference Center.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Ethan's honor to the Fresenius Dialysis Clinic in Lebanon, NH.
