He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Sylvanowicz and Helen Sylvanowicz (Nicgorska); and his sister Delores Sylvanowicz. He is survived by: his wife Charleen Sylvanowicz; his children, Janice Joy (Richard) of Jupiter, FL, Karen Sylvanowicz of North Andover, MA and Stephen J. Sylvanowicz of Danvers, MA; his grandchildren, Richard, Maxwell Joy, William and Grace Darocha; and his caregiver Eva Zititz.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Christ the King Church and the Foley Cancer Center at Rutland Regional Medical Center in John's memory.
