We announce the death of Larry Richard Smith (Rutland, Vermont), who passed away on July 31, 2026, at the age of 80. Larry will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Iris Smith (Severy) and Richard Smith; his stepfather Walt Bedor (Sharon); and his sisters, Sandy Smith and Sheila Wimble.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jacqueline Lockwood (Roy) of Tinmouth and Jessica (Fron Grabowski) of West Rutland, Vermont; his grandchildren, Kyle Guyette (Ashley) of West Rutland, Francis (Colleen Grabowski) and William Grabowski; his great grandchildren, Alexa and Gabriel Guyette; and his siblings, David Smith, Jane Peltier (Bob) and Linda Armstrong. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
