She was predeceased by : her parents, Lewis Reid and Ina Reid (Every); her siblings, Clarissa Reid and Latus Reid; her half-siblings, John Ploss (Jack), Richard Ploss, James Ploss and Charlotte Brown; her granddaughter Krista Hier; and also Debbie Jean Abbott.
She is survived by : her children, Scott Ryan (Calinda) of Shrewsbury, Laurieann Stevens, Donna Ryan of Rutland, Lisa Pettis (Dale) of West Haven and Kelly Stacy (Theodore) of Bethel; and her half-siblings, Elizabeth Salmi-Morgan (Bette) of Florida and Lemuel Ploss of Maryland. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
