Margaret Ackerman Obituary

We announce the death of Margaret Ackerman (Rutland, Vermont), who passed away on July 9, 2026, at the age of 83. Margaret will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Rogers and Geraldine Rogers; and her son Jeffrey (Roger). She is survived by: her son Montgomery Wards; her family, Roger and Peggy; her son Gary Ackerman (Lynn); her grandsons, Dwight and Emmitt; her daughter-in-law Laura Ackerman-Fraiser; her grandchildren-in-law, Ashley Carreiro (Joseph), Jacob Ackerman and Samantha Peterson (Kaden); her great grandchildren, Nick, Mason, Chance, Matthew, Isabella, Leo, Eve and Lane; and her siblings, Nancy, Dick and Sue. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
