He is survived by: his mother Jean Lackey (McGinley) of Rutland; his children, Jenna Lackey of Proctor, Trevor Lackey of Boise and Oakli; his siblings, James Lackey of Rutland, Gloria Vitale (Steve) of Rutland and Judy Durant of Proctor; and his nephews, Brandon of Mount Holly, Cameron of Wallingford and Dakota of East Wallingford.
