He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kelly and Johanna Kelly (Ricci). He is survived by: his wife Jeanie Ley of Rutland, Vermont.; his siblings, John Kelly (Rita) and Elizabeth Champine of Rutland Vermont; his parents-in-law, Robert and Beverly Ley of The Villages, FL; and his siblings-in-law, Michael Ley (Kathy), Thomas Ley (Jose Acevedo) of St. Petersburg, FL and Kathleen Shangraw (Burt). He is also survived by many Nieces, Nephews, and Great Nieces.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. Peter's Church (134 Convent Ave, Rutland, VT 05701).
