He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Wells (Polk); his children, Jonathon Wells (Lucretia), Hillary Wells (Henry Phelan) and Geoffrey Wells; his grandchildren, Dylan DeFlorio (Dianne), Kyle Phelan and Cassidy Wells; and his nephew John Goodell.
