We announce the death of Nellie Ann Foley (Rutland, Vermont), born in Middlebury, Vermont, who passed away on July 18, 2026, at the age of 85. Nellie will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Gregoire and Vera Gregoire (Nichols); her husband Edwin "Peanut" Foley; and her son Donald Foley. She is survived by: her children, Sherry Jamros (Richard), Edwin D. Foley, Jr. (Beverly) and Timothy Foley. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and several cousins.
