He is survived by: his wife Patricia Casey-Rafter; his children, Daniel Rafter of West Rutland, Ryan Rafter (Nicole) of California and Tracy Townsend; his grandsons, Bradley Day and Liam Townsend; and his brothers, Patrick Rafter (Maureen) of Ohio and Terence Rafter (Maggie) of Proctor, VT..
A Mass was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Christ the King Church (66 S Main St, Rutland, VT 05701).
