He was predeceased by: his parents, Dallas Proulx and Elizabeth Proulx (Flynn); and his brothers, James, Richard and Charles Proulx.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Proulx of Rutland. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews & cousins.
