He is survived by: his granddaughter Carrie Savage (Jesse); his children, Hannah, Dakota, Nina, Sarah and Jenice Gonyea (Chris); his grandchild Sydney; and his siblings, Elizabeth "Betsy" Emerson (Jon), James Burke, Sally Zivitz (Leonard), Michael Burke, William Burke (Sherry), Stephen Burke, Susan Burke, Jack Burke (Debbie), Joseph Burke (Diane) and Nancy Burke.
