With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Colin H. Carter of Saint Albans, Vermont, born in Newport, Vermont, who passed away on January 11, 2024 at the age of 75. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Colin H. Carter to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold Carter and Julia Carter (Judd); and his sister Sheila. He is survived by : his daughters, Christelle Plourde and Coralee Boardman; his son-in-law Namath Boardman; and his siblings, Velma Crowell and Alex Carter.
