He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Ramsey; his sons, Daniel Carpenter (Tracey) of Glastonbury, CT, Brian Carpenter of Sheffield, MA and Ross Carpenter (Molly) of Colchester, VT.; his grandchildren, Jessica Rosner (Julian), Peter, Eileen, James and Henry Carpenter; his brother Dick Carpenter (Dick) of Annapolis, Maryland.; and also Cohen Rosner.
