He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Bruley and Ellen Bruley (Arpin); and his sisters, Beverly Bean, Barbara Gaudette and Evelyn Montgomery.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Bruley (Stone); his children, David (Kelly) of Portland, OR, Philip (Beth) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Valerie Kimball (Barbara Gernon) of Aldie, VA, Marie Isom (Scott) of Aurora, CO, Samantha Ovitt (Blaine) of Bakersfield, Jeffrey (Tammy) of St. Albans and Jennifer (James) of St. Albans; and his sister Arlene Gaudette of St. Albans. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Heald Funeral Home (87 S Main St, St Albans City, VT 05478). A funeral service was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. The military honors was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Saint Albans Bay Cemetery.
