He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Devarney, and Anita Devarney, Sr. (Brault); his brothers, Raymond Devarney, Jr. (Barbara) and Chester Devarney (Joyce); his nieces, Donna Gramase and Sharon DeRosia; his brother-in-law Robert Barker, Jr.; and his pets, PeeTo, Kickie, Mindy and Gizmo.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Roig; his daughter Connie; his sister Carol Meloni (Bob) of Asheboro; and his close friends, David McWilliams of St. Albans, Kevin Miller of Isle Lamotte, George Greenwood of Highgate, Brent Palmer of Milton and Harold Bigelow of St. Albans, Vermont.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The military honors will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mount Calvary Cemetery.
