He is survived by: his friends, Brian, Kitty Wells, Tom Brockback, Buck Lindsey, Bob Thompson, Rick Razinikov and John Toso; his cousin Stewart Hanna; his daughters, Annemieke Dryden Falkenbury Wade (Cameron Johnston) and Penelope Kaia Wade (Antwerp); his friend Jeanette Ruffle; his cousin Justin Wade; his daughters, Visi, Mieke and Ophelia; his wife Sue Bartholomew Wade; his daughter Vera Catherine L Wade Suzui (Masahiro Wade Suzui); his brother Robert Merrick of Idaho; his grandchildren, Vesper Johnston, Lyric Johnston, Ariande Suzui and Dryden Suzui (Masakazu); his brother-in-law Leon Ripplinger of California; his sibling's children, Russell Wolff (Veronica Guzzardi) and Jonathan Brett (Adam Bailey); and his pet Eddie. He is also survived by nephew, nieces.
