She is survived by: her siblings, Tom (Chris), Daniel (Mary) and Nancy (Joe); her sister-in-law Christine; her daughter Jennifer (Kayla); her grandchildren, Eli, Ember, Madison and Alexis; her nieces and nephews, Christie, Justin, Jennifer, Michael (Shauna), Nikki, Sean, Kimberly, Patrick, Courtney, Christine, Chelsea and Katie; and her caregiver Jennifer Danyow. She is also survived by many great-nieces, great-nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.
