He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Libbey and Dorothy Libbey; his sister Nancy Graham; and his stepson Mark Tetreault. He is survived by: his wife Caroline; his daughter Nicki Bevins (Tom); his granddaughter Taylor Bevins; his stepchildren, Stephen Metcalf, Marisa Metcalf, Rhonda Freer (Ken), Amanda Metcalf and David Sim; his stepgrandchildren, Tamika Raymond (Edward), Richard St. Francis Jr. (Erica), Christopher Sim, Kristy St. Francis, Allison Sim, Caleb Tetrault and Colby Tetrault; his great grandchildren, Cayden, Michelle, Payton, Hudson, Chase and Jasmine; and his siblings, David Libbey (Connie) and Martha Corliss.
The military honors will be held on Saturday, November 28th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the American Legion Hall (100 Parah Dr, St Albans City, VT 05478).
