He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Phillips and Ellen Charlotte Phillips (Croft); and his siblings, Charlotte, Jerry, Lyndon and John.
He is survived by: his children, William (Val), James, Sheree Stahl (Richard), Dana and Ellen (Teresa); and his grandchildren, Tonia, Jordan and Will.
