It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Emil Lapierre of Saint Johnsbury, Vermont, born in Sherbrooke, Québec, who passed away on October 20, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Antonio Lapierre and Maria Julianna Bergeron-Lapierre. He is survived by : his wife Christine M. MacAskell; his children, Linda Guers (Daniel) of Ashford, CT and Buddy Lapierre (Vera) of Peacham, VT; and his grandchildren, Joey, Aerik, Keith, Norissa and Brian. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
