James Marshall Frase-White Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on March 2, 2026, at the age of 78, James Marshall Frase-White of Saint Johnsbury, Vermont passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick August and Maude Lorraine Frase (Gottwalls); his adoptive father Joseph F. White; and his brother John Frase. He is survived by: his husband Clarence Hill of St. Johnsbury; his daughter Jessica Doughty of Minerva, OH; his sisters, Judith Wright of Denton, MD, Ruth Thawley of Churchill, MD and Alma Dean of Onancock, VA; and his grandchildren, Shawn Doughty, Sierra Doughty and Jon Geeslig.
