She was predeceased by: her significant other Kenny Baker; her brother Sam Conley; her nephew Charlie Royer; and her niece Laurie Landry. She is survived by: her daughters, Emmy Hatch (Handley) of Whitefield and Sarah Spaulding (Ben) of Milton, Vermont.; her grandchildren, Bailey Hatch, Eli Beaulieu, Lucy, Reina and Max Spaulding; and her siblings, Jesse Conley (Karen), David Conley (Cheryl), John Conley (Gloria), Rose Conley, Anna and Mary. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the The Kitchen Counter Café (397 Railroad St #1, St Johnsbury, VT 05819).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations in Jane's memory be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
