He is survived by: his brother Ray Garand of Oxford Maine; and his sibling's children, Lisa Robichaud (Garand) of Oxford Maine, Lynn Rathbun (Garand) of Norway Maine, Kevin Garand of St Johnsbury, Curtis Garand, Mark Garand of Raymond Maine and Bradley Garand of Biddeford Maine.
