With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Per Bratland of Salisbury, Vermont, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 26, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, may Per find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may his legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ole Bratland and Birgit Bratland. He is survived by: his wife Aase Skar; his brother Ole (Gunn) of Bergen Norway; his children, Stein (Carla) of Denton, TX and Tone of Salisbury, VT; his grandchildren, Brigit, Erik and Fiona; and his in-laws, Bjorn and Wenke Skar of Bergen Norway. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
